Roller Organs were incorporated into a product called the Children's Health Merry-Go-Round. The
Gem-style roller organs, stenciled "Health Merry-Go-Round Roller Organ", operated from a pulley as the
merry-go-round rotated, instead of being cranked by hand. Heavily advertised in
the 1900s and 1910s, they were produced into the 1920s
